Our Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a medical treatment method that aims to restore, improve or maintain the body's mobility and functionality. It plays a central role in rehabilitation after injuries, operations or chronic diseases that limit mobility.
Our physiotherapists always look at the body holistically and attribute great importance to detailed diagnostics in order to specifically treat the causes of complaints and achieve long-term success.
On this page you will find an overview of the different treatments we offer.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a specialized treatment technique in which physiotherapists use targeted hand movements to release blockages and movement restrictions. It helps to mobilize joints and muscles and relieve pain. It is particularly effective for back, neck and joint pain as well as for functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
Medical Massage
A massage is not only for relaxation, but can also be used specifically to relieve muscular tension and pain. It promotes blood circulation, relieves hardening and supports the healing process after injuries. Massages also help to relax the body and mind, which leads to a holistic sense of well-being.
Physical Training
Training on the device is an important part of physiotherapy and aims to specifically strengthen muscles and improve mobility. Under the guidance of our physiotherapists, individual training plans are created that are tailored to the patient's specific needs and complaints. The training supports both the rehabilitation process and the prevention of injuries.
Self-Exercises
Self-exercises are an essential part of the therapy process to support the progress made in physiotherapy and to consolidate it in the long term. Our physiotherapists create individual exercise programs for each patient that can be carried out at home. Regular self-exercises promote mobility, strengthen the muscles and help prevent complaints.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Pelvic floor therapy strengthens the pelvic floor muscles to relieve symptoms such as incontinence, prolapse problems or pain. For women, it is often useful after pregnancy or surgery, while for men it is used particularly after prostate surgery or in cases of chronic pain.
Lung Physiotherapy
This form of therapy supports respiratory function by using breathing techniques and special exercises to mobilize the lungs. It helps patients with respiratory diseases such as COPD, asthma or after lung surgery to facilitate breathing and remove secretions.
Neurological Physiotherapy
This form of physiotherapy is aimed at people with neurological diseases such as stroke, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's. It helps to maintain or restore mobility and muscle strength and promotes coordination and balance.
Physiotherapy during pregnancy
Physiotherapy during pregnancy aims to relieve the stress on the body caused by the growing baby. It helps with back and pelvic pain, stabilizes posture and optimally prepares the body for birth.
Dizziness Therapy
Vertigo therapy involves treating balance disorders caused by disorders in the vestibular system (balance organ). Special exercises promote the body's compensation and alleviate the symptoms of vertigo.
Shock Wave Therapy
Shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves to treat chronic pain in muscles and tendons. It promotes blood circulation and accelerates the healing process for conditions such as heel spurs, tennis elbow or calcified shoulder.
Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy aims to prevent and treat sports injuries, using specific exercises and techniques to improve performance, promote recovery, and prevent or rehabilitate injuries.
Trigger Point Therapy / Dry Needling
Trigger point therapy involves treating tense muscle knots (trigger points) using pressure or needles (dry needling) to relieve pain and relax the muscles. It is often used for muscle tension, chronic pain or restricted mobility.
Ultrasound / Electrotherapy
These forms of therapy use sound waves or electrical impulses to promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation and relieve pain. They support tissue healing and are often used to treat muscle and joint problems.
Taping
Taping involves sticking elastic bands onto the skin to stabilize joints, promote blood circulation and relieve pain. It is often used in sports physiotherapy and supports the healing process in the event of injuries or overload.
Pain Management
Physiotherapy pain management therapy combines various techniques to relieve acute and chronic pain. The aim is to identify the causes of pain and treat them specifically through exercise, manual therapy and other physical applications.
